All orders are made to order and typically ship within 2–5 business days of purchase. Delivery times vary by item and location, generally arriving within 5–10 business days after shipping.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Scentful Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has left our facility. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at hello@scentfulco.com and we'll help track it down.
